DIRECT AND EFFICIENT TREATMENT
Personal and telephonic treatment individualized and at the level of your needs.
Ask us, if you consider it appropriate, for a personal meeting and a local sales agent will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a date and time for a personal visit.
Currently and thanks to the technical means at our disposal, we can answer your questions and orders through emails, video (through Teams, zoom, skype, etc.), also with WhatsApp and of course, always through traditional telephony, from where we can listen to each other.
SAFE TRANSPORT
Our own fleet of direct road transport (various trucks depending on length and tonnage), so that the material arrives in perfect condition at your facilities.
We also supply our tubes as required by air (emergency), ship or rail. We look for the best way that can reduce your costs and ensure a safe delivery.

A number of automatic and state-of-the-art band saws ensure our precise cutting service.
Recently we have added laser tube and plasma service to give an improved final finish in which we provide the semi-finished pieces, facilitating both the collection of raw materials and the final result.
APPROPRIATE PACKAGING
Supplies are carefully packed and strapped, or in containers in the case of small parts, in compliance with safety regulations for transport and handling, which ensures the correct reception of supplies.
You can also ask us for special packaging for programmed series orders or large projects. You can also provide us with your tools according to your needs.

An extensive range of steel bars and tubes in permanent stock so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
The storage system with stackable and semi-automatically removable baskets allows for quick and safe handling for both personnel and product, in compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations.
TRACEABILITY ASSURED
All the tubes and bars in our stocks are registered one by one with their traceability and unit length. From our commercial departments we provide you with all the information you need instantly.
We send you the certificates of factory origin according to EN10204.3.1., also if you require it you can qualify us or request the required part of our quality system ISO9001:2015.
DISTRIBUTION
Our warehouses in the national geography are strategically located so that your orders arrive in the shortest possible time, placing according to market consumption the most necessary tubes in each work area.
We have more than 30,000 m2 of covered surface, thus protecting all our pipes and bars from bad weather conditions. In 2025, we expect to open another 6,500 m2 to satisfy the market.
